Day Rates apply to multi-day trips, and are based upon a maximum of ten hours of bus usage each day. Additional hourly charges may apply when this time is exceeded.
Bus usage is defined as the period between the scheduled time of the day, and the actual time of completion of the last move of the day. It is continuous, regardless of break time which may occur during that period.
On certain trips, mileage rates may apply, rather than day rates. Our sales and dispatch staff will ascertain which applies to your particular trip, and quote accordingly.
